Join a Table Group
You belong and you belong at His table. Table Groups are small groups (formerly known as LifeGroups) that meet at Upper Room and in houses. Table Groups meet throughout the week at various times and locations. There are several versions and variations of Table Groups.
We relaunch Table Groups in January and September. The best way to find and get plugged into a Table Group is email info@theur.net or stop by the Info Bar at Upper Room on Sundays.
